Serges Himbaza is a technology strategist, operator, and investor focused on helping organizations scale through aligned systems, data, and execution. He leads teams that design and implement CRM and ERP optimization, business automation, and IT strategy to bring clarity, speed, and operational leverage to growing and complex organizations.
Serges has supported work ranging from growth stage companies to large scale initiatives backed by city governments and grant funding. Across industries, his approach centers on turning operational complexity into clear, actionable systems that leaders can trust.
In addition to his operating work, Serges serves as an advisor and investor in companies at the intersection of technology, distributed systems, and operational scale. He partners with founders and organizations that value disciplined execution alongside long term vision.
Serges holds a Bachelor of Science in Econometrics and Quantitative Economics from Duke University and is based in Dallas, Texas.
